Purpose in life - Same same, but different?

Basically, as I see it (after much generalisation and consideration) you can differ between 2 views on this topic. But both views share the same origin:

Origin (shared between view 1 and 2):
'I believe I exist and I can change the future of mine and other people's lives'

View 1 on wether people deserve their current situation:
'I am thankful that I am who I am today, and I am determined to live my life to the fullest, working toward my own personal goals as I set them up' (as I see it self fulfillment by egoistic motives)

View 2:
''I am thankful that I am who I am today, and I am determined to live my life to the fullest, working toward my own personal goals which is to try help others reach theirs' (as I see it, self fulfillment by altruistic motives)

I guess in the end, both views make the person working toward them feel content. But I am pretty sure view 1 is the least helpful to create a friendly, open society.

Mål i livet - Samma samma men annorlunda?

I grund och botten, som jag ser det (efter mycket utbredd och man) kan variera mellan 2 åsikter om detta ämne. Men både visningar har samma ursprung:

Ursprung (delas mellan visa 1 och 2):
"Jag tror att jag finns och jag kan förändra framtiden för min och andra människors liv"

Vision 1 om huruvida folket förtjänar sin nuvarande situation:
"Jag är tacksam för att jag är den jag är idag, och jag är fast besluten att leva mitt liv fullt ut, jobba mot mina egna personliga mål som jag tillsatte dem" (som jag ser det själv uppfyllelsen av egoistiska motiv)

Vision 2:
''Jag är tacksam för att jag är den jag är idag, och jag är fast besluten att leva mitt liv fullt ut, jobba mot mitt eget personliga mål som är att försöka hjälpa andra att nå deras "(som jag ser det, själv uppfyllelsen av altruistiska motiv)

Jag tror i slutändan, både vyer gör den person som arbetar mot dem känner sig nöjd. Men jag är ganska säker på att vision 1 är minst bra att skapa ett vänligt och öppet samhälle.
